ARCHIVE CONTROL

The site reads up to 500 supported files per import, with at most 500 Stock reports, 50,000 inventory records, 500 Delivery events, and 50,000 Delivery movements in the active archive. These phone-safe ceilings prevent large local folders from exhausting browser memory.

How folder access works

  1. Use a verified Report Bundle ZIP or Report Master, or save every dated Stock Check and Delivery Intake CSV in one Mel's folder.
  2. Choose that folder here. CSVs and ZIPs in subfolders are included.
  3. Use refresh after adding new files. Supported browsers can remember the folder permission.
  4. If folder access is unavailable, choose CSVs, a Report Master, or a Report Bundle directly.
